If you purchase the subscription after 20th of every month, you will be required to purchase prorated subscription for the current month and full subscription fee for the following month. For example, if you wish to purchase Unlimited Canada subscription plan for $3.99 on May 5th, you will pay a prorated fee of $2.50 for May. If your purchase is on May 21st, you should expect to pay a prorated fee of $1.06 for May and $2.99 for June at once for a total of $4.05. All monthly fees are excluding applicable taxes.

Your subscription will be automatically renewed on the 1st day of each month at 00:00 EST and the subscription fee will be deducted from your ttagTM account balance. If you don't have sufficient balance, your subscription will be cancelled and your phone number will be switched to a regular prepaid calling plan. If you choose to save a credit card to your account, and if you don't have sufficient balance, the subscription fee will be charged to your credit card. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have enough balance on your ttagTM account on the last day of the month.

If you wish to use your Bonus to pay for your subscription fees you have to first redeem your Bonus for regular ttagTM credit. If the balance on your account is not sufficient to pay for your unlimited plan on the 1st of every month, your subscription will be immediately cancelled and you'll be switched to a regular prepaid calling plan, even if you have enough credit on your Bonus account.

You can cancel your subscription anytime without fee or penalty by logging into your account. If you cancel your plan anytime when you subscription is active, your plan will be active until the end of the current billing period and you will be switched to a regular prepaid calling plan on the first day of the next month. For example, if you cancel your My North America subscription on May 17th, your subscription will stay active until May 31st. On June 1st you will be switched to a regular prepaid calling plan.

You may have only one active subscription per phone number at any time. You may switch subscription plans at any time. If you have an active subscription for a phone and wish to switch to another plan, your current subscription plan will be cancelled, your plan minutes will be lost and you have to purchase a new subscription plan from scratch. There is no refund or exchange for already paid subscription plan fees. If you wish to switch to another plan without incurring losses, you should cancel your current subscription, and order a new subscription after your current subscription plan expires. If you wish to delete or edit a phone number with active subscription, your subscription plan for this phone number will be cancelled and your plan minutes will be lost. If you decide to add the same phone number to your account later, your subscription will not revive and you have to purchase a new subscription.

Calls that exceed your free minute allowance and that include the last free minute of your plan and at least one minute of paid calls are called transitional calls and are chargeable for the full duration of the call at regular prepaid rates. Free minutes in the transitional call will be lost. For example, if you have 2 free minutes left in your My Canada plan and make a 3 minute call within your plan, you will be charged for a 3 minute call at our prepaid rates and your free minutes will be lost. To use your free minutes you should make an exact 2 minute call to deplete your free minutes balance.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or cancel any plan, its subscription fees, fair usage minute allowance or destinations included at anytime. We'll use reasonable efforts to notify you if we decide to take such actions, but also reserve the right to do so without notice.

Calls made within any plan subscription do not generate Talktime Bonus.

There are no refunds/exchanges for cancelled subscription plans.

Calls made using local access numbers are not included in the plan and will be charged at regular per minute rate.

Taxes are not included in the plan subscription fees and are extra.

Airtime transfer service is designed for private end-user use only. At no time this service can be used for any type of commercial activity. We reserve right to immediately disable your services at any time at our own discretion as deemed necessary.

You agree that once the airtime transfer request is accepted by the mobile operator in destination country, this operator becomes responsible for completing the recharge. ttagTM will try to provide local mobile operator's contact information if possible, however we make no warranties.
