How do I recharge my account?

To recharge your account balance click Balance tab in your account, select your payment method, amount and click recharge. You will be redirected to secure payment page to complete your transaction. You can recharge your account using major credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), Visa Debit, Interac online, PayPal and refill vouchers.

How do I setup automatic recharge?

Automatic account recharge ensures you always have balance for those important calls. If Autorecharge is enabled and your account balance drops below $2, we will automatically recharge your account with $20 from your saved credit card. You can start or stop this service at anytime from your account.

Will my account balance expire?

No. Your account balance never expires. We also don’t have hidden, surprise, administrative, or any other type of fees that will reduce your account balance over the time.


How do I cancel autorecharge?

To cancel Autorecharge click “Enabled” button under Autorecharge in Balance tab.

Can I still use ttag if I don’t want to use online payment methods?

If you don’t want to recharge online, you can still recharge your TTag account either by purchasing a recharge voucher from our office, contacting one of our agents in your area or using Interac e-Transfer email transfer. With Interac e-Transfer you can send funds directly to our billing email and we will credit your account when we receive your funds (usually within 24 hours). To receive details on how to recharge your account using Interac e-Transfer, please send us a message to support@ttag.ca.


How do I track my transaction history?

After each credit purchase transaction you will receive a receipt to your registered email address with your purchase information. The summary of all your payment transactions is available under Setting > Billing.
