Can I buy a plan in the middle of the month?

Yes. You can buy a plan anytime you want. Our billing cycle is from the first day of the month to the last day of the month. If you buy a plan in the middle of the month, you will be charged a prorated subscription fee and receive prorated free minutes until the end of the month. You will be charged a full subscription fee for the next month on the last day of the current month. More


I’ve purchased a plan but didn’t get full minutes

When you purchase a plan in the middle of the month you pay a prorated and receive prorated amount of minutes proportionate to the days left in your current billing cycle. Let’s illustrate it on an example. More


What’s the difference between pay-as-you-go and monthly plan billing?

Imagine of your account balance and monthly plan as two buckets in your account. When you sign up for an account your monthly plan bucket is empty and your account balance bucket has $2.00 credit.
